Foreign states provide Breivik with arms

The Norwegian terrorist who killed 77 people in the recent twin attacks in Norway says he has received help from abroad to purchase his equipment.

Anders Behring Breivik’s lawyer says many people have helped Breivik get the equipment he needed, AFP reported.

He added his client had visited some 20 countries prior to the attacks.

Breivik has not said whether those who helped him share his extremist views.

He has also refused to reveal more information until his demand are met.

Breivik had earlier demanded the resignation of the Norwegian government and abdication of the country’s king.

He killed 77 people in a car bomb attack and shooting rampage last month. He said the killings were necessary as part of what he has called crusade against Islamization of Europe.
