“Founding committees is telling step in unity area”

Deputy of Scientific Research Center of Sheikh Ahmad Kaftarou in Damascus in an exclusive interview with Taqrib News Agency (TNA) on the side of the 29th edition of the International Unity Conference mounted recently in Iran Capital City hailed the efforts made by Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought in the realm of unity among Muslims.

“Secretary General of the World Forum for Proximity of the Islamic Schools of Thought, Ayatollah Mohsen Araki guides Muslims from different countries under the flag of rapprochement and Islamic kindness,” said the Deputy of Scientific Research Center of Damascus.

Beckoned to efficient steps taken in the area of unity among religions and denominations, Damascus university professor underscored if the moves stopped at this very point, no results would be achieved in the future.

Sheikh Ahmad Kaftarou appraised establishing the new committees in various areas in the World of Islam very positive, counting similar moves as telling steps taken in boosting rapprochement among Muslims.
