Four high-ranking jihadist commanders killed in Aleppo

It has been a rough 24 hours for the jihadist rebels in Aleppo, as they have lost four commanders during intense clashes with the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and Hezbollah around the provincial capital.

The first major casualty for the jihadist rebels was the top commander/emir of Harakat Ahrar Al-Sham, Abu Al-Harith Al-Halabi; this militant was killed during clashes with the Syrian Arab Army in the Sheikh Sa’eed District in southern Aleppo.

Following the death of Abu Al-Harith Al-Halabi, the top commander for Harakat Nouriddeen Al-Zinki, ‘Umar Al-Hajji, was killed inside the Sheikh Sa’eed District after an intense battle with the Syrian Arab Army’s 800th Regiment of the Republican Guard.

The situation for the jihadist rebels would not get any better on Tuesday, as two more commanders from the Karm Al-Jabal Martyrs Battalion were reportedly killed during clashes with the Syrian Army in southern Aleppo.

The estimated death toll on Tuesday for the jihadist rebels was between 50-70, making this day one of the bloodiest days in recent weeks.
