Gaza gov’t calls on international community to boycott Israel

The Palestinian government has called on the international community to halt its support for the Israeli racist occupation and boycott it.

In a press conference held on Thursday outside the house of the three-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed in Israeli airstrike on al-Maghazi refugee camp, the Palestinian government spokeswoman Isra al-Modallal stated that “the killing of Palestinian children and the suffering of Palestinian people due to unjust blockade, are a form of mass punishment, Hala’s blood is a new a crime against humanity.”

The Gaza government will not stand idly by regarding what is happening to our children, she added.

She confirmed that the recent Israeli aggression violates all human rights laws particularly the fourth Geneva Convention which provides protection of women and children.

The spokeswoman pointed to the Israeli unjustified use of excessive force and illegal weapons in reference to the recent Israeli escalation on the Gaza Strip which lead to the killing of a three-year-old Palestinian girl and the injury of 14 others.

Al-Modallal charged that the European countries are involved in Israeli crimes against Palestinian people as they continue supporting the Israeli occupation and providing it with advanced weapons.

She held the European countries responsible for the continued crimes against the Palestinian people, saying that “Israel must not expect us to stop our resistance as long as it continues its aggressive occupation to our lands.”

“If the world fears for Israel against a homemade rocket, it has to put an end for its occupation and crimes against our people and lands,” she stated.

Israeli warplanes launched three days ago several air raids on different areas in the Gaza Strip killing a little girl and wounding 14 others following the killing of an Israeli soldier by a Palestinian sniper on Gaza borders.
