Gazan child seriously wounded in new israeli gunfire attack

An 11-year-old child suffered serious injuries on Friday evening when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) randomly opened fire to the east of Rafah in the Gaza Strip.

A spokesman for the health ministry said that the kid named Fadel Adwan was seriously injured in his pelvis area by Israeli gunfire.

Earlier on the same day, 14 Gazans had also suffered bullet injuries when the IOF opened fire at them to the east of Jabaliya district.

In a separate incident, a Palestinian youth was injured by Israeli gunfire at dawn Friday east of Jabaliya in the northern Gaza Strip.

Ministry of Health spokesman Ashraf al-Qidra said that a 21-year-old man was shot in his back by Israeli soldiers, east of Jabalya.

He was taken to Kamal Adwan hospital with moderate injuries, al-Qidra added.
