Grand Mufti: National Unity in Syria an Example to be Followed

Syria’s Grand Mufti, Dr. Ahmad Badr-Eddin Hassoun, stressed that the National unity and amity Syria is witnessing are the example to be followed.

During an Iftar banquet in Aleppo on Wednesday, Hassoun highlighted the sublime meanings of the month of Ramadan, describing Islam as “religion of mercy and peace”.

For his part, Aleppo Governor, Muwafaq Khalouf, pointed out that the our people’s awareness will foil the conspiratorial plots on Syria and the current events in Syria which have a foreign agenda aiming at weakening Syria’s firm national stances.
