Iran unveils its first cyber defense shield

Iranian scientists and experts have succeeded in producing a cyber-defense shield, to protect sensitive Iranian computer networks and servers.

Mohammad Naderi, the head of the cyber-defense shield project, said this unique product is entirely due to efforts of Iranian scientists and engineers, and the original idea for the project stems from a “missile shield programme”.

Naderi added this cyber-defense shield will protect all of Iran’s sensitive computer networks from a cyber attack launched through the internet.
