Hamas: Occupation our only enemy, Gaza will not be occupied again

The member of Hamas’s political bureau Mahmoud Al Zahhar said that the Israeli occupation would pay the price more than before if it intended to attack Palestinian people.

Al Zahar stressed in a television interview with Al Jazeera Live Channel, that Gaza will not be occupied again.

He added that his movement does not want to any war on the Gaza Strip, but it is ready if the Israeli occupation do.

“The Israeli talk of a new war on Gaza, comes within the framework of the internal political rivalries” he said.

He said that Hamas wants to break the siege on the Gaza Strip, and will seek to build a Gaza seaport with different parts such as Turkey and others.

On his part, Senior Hamas leader Mushir Al Masri called on Muslims to heal all sectarian rifts in order to face up to the Israeli occupation.

Masri said, at the end of a rally held in northern Gaza to commemorate the 12th anniversary of Sheikh Ahmed Yassin’s assassination, the Palestinian cause is that of every Muslim in all corners of the earth.
