“Our main enemy is the country, party, government or group which negotiates with Israel, recognizes it and normalizes ties with it,” Qadoumi said, addressing a meeting in the Northeastern city of Mashhad on Sunday evening.

He also underlined the necessity for all Muslims to stand united, adding that the Palestinian issue plays a pivotal role in this regard.

Qadoumi also called for strengthening unity among different Palestinian groups against Israel.

In relevant remarks in May, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif lashed out at Saudi Arabia for its silence on the Israeli massacre of the Palestinian people and its support for the US in imposing sanctions against Hezbollah resistance group.

“Israeli snipers shoot over 2,000 unarmed Palestinian protesters on a single day. Saudi response, on eve of Ramadhan? Collaboration with its US patron to sanction the first force (the Lebanese Hezbollah resistance group) to liberate Arab territory and shatter the myth of Israeli invincibility,” Zarif wrote on his twitter page.

“Shame upon shame,” he added.

Also last month, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani voiced regret over the Arab and Islamic countries’ silence on the Zionists’ crimes, and said, “We regret that certain regional Arab states have kept mum about the Zionists’ crimes in the past few days.”

He underscored that his country would continue its decades-long support for the oppressed Palestinian people against Israel, adding that the Apartheid regime in Tel Aviv only understood the language of force.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran has always defended the rights of the Palestinian people and will continue this path. We will stand against the aggressors and oppressors and believe that the final victory belongs to the oppressed and the Palestinians,” President Rouhani said, addressing a cabinet meeting in Tehran.

He expressed confidence that the Israeli crimes will further strengthen the Palestinian nation’s resolve to resist, saying that the Palestinians will not keep mum about such crimes.

“The Palestinian people have resisted for 70 years and will continue resistance to restore their legitimate rights,” President Rouhani said.
