Hamas, Islamic Jihad officials meet Nasrallah

Palestine’s Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, and the Islamic Jihad have emphasized continuation of resistance against the Zionist regime of Israel.

According to the Lebanese daily As-Safir, a member of Hamas poltical bureau Mousa Abu Marzooq and the Secretary General of Islamic Jihad Movement Abdullah Ramadhan Shalah in a meeting with the Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah emphasized unity inside Palestine. They reaffirmed that continuation of Resistance against the Zionists is the only way to restore the trampled rights of the Palestinians.
The two, in the meeting, considered as useless any compromise talks between the Zionist regime and the Palestinian Authority.
The officials exchanged views on the latest developments in the region and role played by the Resistance movements in this regard.
