Hamas organizes a mass rally in support of Al-Aqsa in Gaza

Thousands of Gazan people took part in the mass rally, which was called for by Hamas in Gaza on Thursday evening, in support of the Aqsa Mosque against Judaization and the attempts to divide it by the Israeli occupation.

The march roamed the streets of Gaza and ended with a rally at the Legislative Council Square in the center of Gaza.

Dr. Ahmed Bahar, First Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Council, said the Palestinian people need a third intifada, stressing that the resistance is the only way to liberate Palestine and defeat the occupation.

He said: “We want our people to unite on the basis of the Palestinian constants”, and called on all the factions to unite their ranks to confront the occupation crimes.

Bahar stressed that the people will never give up any part of their Palestinian land and urged the Arab and Islamic nation to support the resistance and save Al-Aqsa Mosque.

He also called on the Arab Republic of Egypt to direct their weapons to the occupation, instead of threatening the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.

“The Zionists and the Americans want to weaken and distract the Egyptian army so that Israel will remain strong”, Bahar stated.
