Heroic Syrian Army Kills Tens of foreign-backed terrorists in Reef Damascus

The Syrian army its military and mop-up operations in Damascus countryside in Southern Syria, and killed tens of armed terrorists and injured dozens more in heavy clashes.
The army’s artillery units opened fire on several gathering centers of foreign-backed terrorists in Eastern Ghouta region in Reef (outskirts of) Damascus, specially Jasr Al-Ab, Al-Sheyfouniya, Zolmaka and Arabin districts, and killed over 110 armed terrorists, FNA’s bureau in Damascus said.

The Syrian army’s artillery units also targeted and destroyed foreign-backed terrorists’ concentration centers in Al-Moazamiya region, and killed over 19 militants in heavy clashes.

The army also killed 20 terrorists in Sabina, while chasing a group of armed rebels fleeing towards Al-Zobdani mountainous area in Reef Damascus.

The Syrian army also killed a number of foreign-backed terrorists as they were attempting to penetrate into Shaba’a farms on Sunday.

FNA dispatches also said that heavy clashes between the Syrian army and the armed rebels in Adra Al-Balad and also Tal Al-Kardi left 15 terrorists killed.

On Saturday, an official source said that authorities had arrested members of an armed terrorist group in Masaken Barzeh in Damascus, including a terrorist who had assassinated civilians and scientists in Barzeh and Rukn Eddin areas.

As the foreign-backed insurgency in Syria continues without an end in sight, the US government has boosted its political and military support to Takfiri extremists.

Washington has remained indifferent to warnings by Russia and other world powers about the consequences of arming militant groups.
