Hezbollah Committed to All Agreements since Taef

The head of the Loyalty to the Resistance parliamentary bloc MP Mohamad Raad said on Friday that Hezbollah was committed to all the agreements the Lebanese have reached since the signing of the Taef Accord in 1989.

“We don’t support spiteful and vengeful practices,” Raad said. “We have accomplished modest victories and whenever we achieved them, we extended our hand to the other so that they can share them with us,” he added.

Addressing regional developments, Raad remarked that “the revolts in the Arab world are a result of the growing spirit of resistance that was fueled by the sweat of the heroes of the Islamic resistance in Lebanon.”
