Hezbollah, Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine: zionist Aggression on Syria Is Aggression on Resistance

Lebanese Hezbollah Party expressed strong condemnation of the Israeli aggression against a scientific research center in Syria as part of the Zionist enemy’s policies to “try to prevent any Arab and Islamic force from boosting its military and technical capabilities.”

“The party strongly condemns the new Israeli aggression on Syria,” Hezbollah said in a statement issued on Thursday, asserting that this aggression unveils the reality of the events taking place in Syria for two years and their criminal dimensions that are aimed “at destroying Syria and its army and weakening its key role in the resistance line.”

The statement called on the international community and the Arab and Islamic countries to strongly condemn the Israeli aggression on Syria, voicing the party’s solidarity with the Syrian leadership, army and people.

For its part, the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine- General Command, considered the Zionist aggression on Syria “is a direct aggression on all the parties of resistance and a violation of the sovereignty of the whole nation.”

The Front stressed in a statement that condemning and resisting this aggression is “a national and pan-Arab duty and the responsibility of each and every honest free Arab and Muslim.”

The statement said the Israeli raid on the Scientific Research Center in Jamraya comes in the framework of the international aggression on Syria that has been going on since two years.

It added that the direct Israeli aggression on Syria confirms the reality which many have been trying to ignore and overlook, “which is that the conspiracy hatched against Syria under the pretext of reform was nothing but a cover to pass the Zionist aggression to undermine Syria’s national and pan-Arab role.”

The Palestinian Liberation Army condemned the coward Israeli aggression on Jamraya research center, stressing its standing by Syria’s people, army and leadership against any direct and indirect Zionist aggression.

Issuing a statement on Thursday, the Palestinian Liberation Army said that this perfidious aggression came as another episode of Zionist terrorism, adding that it constitutes a flagrant attack against Syria’s sovereignty and part of the global war which aims at undermining its independent decision and role in supporting Arab rights, especially the rights of the Palestinian people.
