Hezbollah to celebrate Resistance and Liberation Day

Hezbollah urged Lebanese on Wednesday to take part in a festival to be held on Tuesday in the southern suburb of Beirut in the occasion of the Resistance and Liberation Day.

“In the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Resistance’s victory and the Zionist enemy’s withdrawal from the Lebanese land and the announcement of May 25 a day for Resistance and Liberation, Hezbollah calls on Lebanese to attend the ceremony to be held in this big national day,” a statement issued by Hezbollah media relations said.

According to the statement, the ceremony will be held on Tuesday, May 28, at 20.30 PM (Beirut Time) at the Sayyed as-Shouhadaa’ complex in Beirut’s southern suburb.

It’s expected that Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hasan Nasrallah would deliver a speech during the event, just like every year.
