HTS militants kicked out of strategic town in west Aleppo

The jihadist rebels of Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham have been kicked out of the strategic town of Darat ‘Izza in western Aleppo after several days of fighting with the rebel alliance of Jabhat Tahrir Souriya.

Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham was active in Darat ‘Izza for a long time before they were officially kicked out by Jabhat Tahrir Souriya this morning.

With Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham expelled, Jabhat Tahrir Souriya can now focus many of their fighters to the southern countryside of the Afrin region in order to aid their rebel allies.

Making things worse for HTS, they have also been kicked out of a lot of towns in the Idlib Governorate, forcing them to consolidate their positions elsewhere.
