Another speaker Janab Aijaz Jouri, President of Anjuman-e-Imamia while addressing the protesters said: ‘The International Quds Day reminds the Muslims living across the world of their duty to persistently support the defenceless Palestinian nation.’

He said that by designating Quds Day, Late Leader Of Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People Sayyed Rohollah Imam Khomeini awakened the conscience of humanity to the issue of Palestine and made people protest against the Zionist regime. ‘This is the impact of Late Leader Of Islamic Ummah And Oppressed People Sayyed Rohollah Imam Khomeini’s call that each year we are witnessing to the vast participation of Muslims in the rallies across the globe,’ he noted.
