Syrian government pragmatic in approach to find political settlement: Assad counselor

The Syrian government has taken a “pragmatic” approach and has been “forthcoming” in its attempts to find a political settlement to the Syrian crisis, according to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s political counselor Bouthaina Shaaban.
