An invading Saudi military vehicle burned to the ground after Yemeni troops struck it in the Southwestern port city of Aden on Tuesday.

According to reports, the Yemeni troops along with popular fighters destroyed the vehicle as it was trying to infiltrate into Aden, and killed all its passengers.

Earlier in the day, several people were injured in Saudi raids on the Sahar district and Sa’ada city in country’s northwestern Sa’ada province.

Saudi Arabia has been striking Yemen for 118 days now to restore power to fugitive president Mansour Hadi, a close ally of Riyadh.

Hadi stepped down in January and refused to reconsider the decision despite calls by Ansarullah revolutionaries of the Houthi movement.

Despite Riyadh’s claims that it is bombing the positions of the Ansarullah fighters, Saudi warplanes are flattening residential areas and civilian infrastructures.

The Monarchy’s attacks have so far claimed the lives of at least 5,166 civilians, mostly women and children.
