Iranˈs oil industry has potential for $200b investment: official

Mohammad Mazraˈti told the press on International Conference of Iranˈs Energy Economy Association said that the Conference aims to examine technologies available to produce renewable energies in line with the principle to protect the environment.

Asked whether the sanctions on Iran prompted to organize the Conference, he said that attitude of foreign ambassadors towards Iran has changed and they are currently encouraging investors and commercial delegations from their own countries to get involved in partnership with Iran.

The Conference will explore new opportunities for foreign investments and provide a chance for raising scientific issues and transfer of new technology, Mazraˈti noted.

International Conference of Iranˈs Energy Economy Association will be held on February 6-7.
