Iran’s Cultural Festival opens in Turkey

Iran’s Cultural Festival opened in Bursa, Turkish forth largest city, Saturday, in a ceremony attended by Bursa governor general and mayor of the city as well as Iran’s consul general.
Addressing the ceremony, Iran’s Consul General Mahmoud Heydari referred to cultural, historical and religious affinity between the two nations and said that such programs will promote the two nations’ bonds.

Bursa Governor General, Shahabeddin Harput also hoped that mutual cooperation will improve in all the fields.

Co-sponsored by Iran’s Consulate General in Istanbul, Bursa Municipality and Pictorial Media Institute of Iranian Ministry of Culture and the Islamic Guidance, the event seeks to introduce the Iranian culture to the Turkish.
