Iran President arrives in Turkey for UN Conference on Least Developed Countries

IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has arrived in Turkey to take part in the 4th United Nations Conference on Least Developed Countries in Istanbul.

Iran’s top presidential advisor Mojtaba Samareh-Hashemi, Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi, Minister of Housing and Urban Development Ali Nikzad, and Head of Presidential Office Esfandiyar Rahim-Mashaei accompany the President Ahmadinejad on his trip to Turkey.

During his visit, Ahmadinejad also plans to hold talks with officials from Turkey and other countries attending the UN conference.

The 4th UN Conference on the Least Developed Countries is scheduled to begin on May 9 and last until May 13.
