Iran pursuing international peace

Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesman has said Iran is pursuing international peace.
During an address to National conference on the Persian Gulf, Ramin Mehmanparast said that in the past 34 years many plots were carried out, including Persian Gulf propaganda war and the three Islands conspiracy.

“People with extensive participation in elections, should demonstrate their authority, because the next few months are extremely critical for Iran,” he added.

He reiterated: “we are pursuing peace and justice at the international level. Until now, the Iranian nation has successfully trodden in a great path, and today we are in special circumstances, which have a decisive role for the future of the country.”

Mehmanparast pointed to the crucial presidential election. “Iranians have the elections ahead, and should participate in this arena to demonstrate their authority with the epic proportion.”

He emphasized: “as our defensive strength goes up, so as the stability of the Persian Gulf and regional security and the defense power.”
