Iran ready to train regional pilots

A senior commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force (IRIAF) says the country is prepared to train the regional countries’ pilots.

According to Press TV, Deputy Commander for Coordination of the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh said on Monday that all infrastructures needed to train regional states’ pilots exist in the IRIAF.
He noted that IRIAF is equipped with advanced equipment and systems.
Nasirzadeh pointed out “The IRIAF Academy has been completely institutionalized, and enjoys the necessary infrastructures for training the pilots of the other regional countries.”
On February 2, Iran unveiled its latest fighter jet, the Qaher-313 (Conqueror-313). The single-seat stealth fighter aircraft can take off and land on short runways.
In recent years, Iran has made great achievements in its defense sector and attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.
