Iran Says Resistance Best Response to Enemy’s Division Plots

Iran’s Supreme National Security Council Secretary, Saeed Jalili stressed on Sunday the major role the resistance plays in the region to prevent the “enemy’s” division plots.

In a meeting with Hamas Politburo Deputy Chief Mousa Abu Marzouq, who is in a visit to Tehran, Jalili said: “A resistance that aims at liberating the Palestinian lands is the best axis for the unity of the Islamic Ummah, and could be used as a preventive strategy in deterring the enemy’s divisive plots.”

In contrast, Fars news agency quoted Abu Marzouq as saying that “the resistance has great capacities,” and that “the Islamic Resistance Movement can achieve greater successes by raising the slogan: Palestine is our land and nation from the (Mediterranean) sea to the (Jordan) river.”
