Iran scientific production rises 30 times

Production of scientific articles in the Islamic Republic of Iran have increased 30 times during years after victory of the Islamic Revolution, deputy Minister of Science, Research and Technology Mahdi Nejad Nouri announced on Saturday.

Addressing a ceremony in al-Zahra University in Tehran, Iran capital, he added during the time number of university students and professors have also increased 20 and 10 times respectively.

Budget of scientific researches has increased from 0.28 to 1 percent of the country’s gross domestic product (GDP).
