Iran to maintain resistance against arrogant powers: Rouhani

President Hassan Rouhani told the media that he is grateful of Iranian people who attend the annual Quds Day rallies with much more determination than before.

“The message of Quds Day is hate for a usurper regime of occupation and support for an oppressed nation with a great culture, the people of Palestine, who have been suffering 70 years from tyranny and injustice,” asserted the Iranian president.

Iranian president also highlighted this year’s significance of Quds Day saying ‘the presence of terrorists (who are backed by Israeli regime) in the region, and the Americans who are always after infringing the rights of our people, have made this year’s Quds Day more important than before.’

“This year, following the bills passed in US congress against the Iranian nation, people will resolutely tell the Americans that they will keep going their path and the Islamic Republic of Iran will give the proper response to them with full determination,” asserted the Iranian top executive.
