Iran to set new record in carrying out development projects

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Tuesday that Iranian officials were determined to set a new record in carrying out development projects.

He made the remarks in a meeting with governors of all Iranian provinces.

Materializing the aspirations of Iran’s Islamic Revolution is the permanent duty of all Iranian statesmen, said the President.

He stressed that presenting Iran as a model country to the international community through fulfilling further development projects was a major responsibility of all Iranian authorities.

He said increasing employment opportunities and enhacing production were on top of his government’s agenda.
