Iran’s auto production up by 37 percent last year

According to the latest report of the Iranian Parliament’s Research Center, industrial production in the country increased during the last Iranian year.

The production of three Iranian manufacturing companies including Iran Khodro, Saipa and Pars Khodo increased by 42 percent during last year, the report added.

Meanwhile, Iran’s auto production increased by 39.1 percent in the period of 11 months starting March 21, 2016 compared with the same period in the previous year.

During the mentioned period, over 1.138 million autos were produced.
