Iraqi Army liberates Albu ‘Ubeid village in central Anbar

The Iraqi Army and the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) are on a roll in the Al-‘Anbar Governorate today, capturing several villages from the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS) near Al-Khalidiyah Island. Minutes ago, the Iraqi Army and their allies liberated the village of Albu ‘Ubeid in central Al-Anbar, killing several ISIS terrorists in the process of their advance.

The Iraqi Army launched a massive offensive inside the Al-‘Anbar Governorate on Saturday, targeting a number of strategic sites under the control of the ISIS terrorists.
