Iraqi Defense Minister: Liberating Mosul Ends ISIL

The Iraqi Defense Minister Khaled al-Obiebi asserted that liberating the province of Mosul will end ISIL terrorist group.

Obeidi added that the Iraqi government will keep providing the armed forces with all the needed weapons, stressing that the army is able to protect the country.
