Iranians will not put their Independence to Bargain

3e05dfb16ca05a7ee8b9e45e85c0c59c_LThe former speaker of Iran’s Majlis and current parliament member, Gholam Ali Haddad Adel, stressed that the Iranian nation have firmly stood against the foreign threats and will never put their independence to bargain.

According to IRIB World Service quoting Tasnim News, Haddad Adel in an interview with a TV program on Sunday night, deemed lesson learnt from the Islamic revolution as the element of the people’s insightfulness on December 30, 2009 epic (in which tens of millions of massesacrossIranpoured to the streetsinprotests against the cowardly acts of a handful of terrorists and stooges of the enemies). The Iranian parliamentarian added that the Iranian nation, through these years, have tasted the sweet taste of independence and freedom under the shade of the Islamic Republic ; so, they support their leader and are not ready to turn into a plaything at the hands of the enemies.
Referred to the root causes of the 2009 post- election sedition he stated: “The appearance of this plot was protesting against the election result which is a predicted phenomenon in every country and the Iranian Constitution and the candidates have the right to protest the election result.”
Haddad Adel reiterated: “But a few candidates who believed in the observance of law as the key of Iran’s success, broke the law and condemned the victorious rival for violating the law.”
