Iraqi minister hails Iran role in fighting Daesh

Al-Araji made the remarks Wednesday on the sidelines of the Aran World ministerial meeting held in Algeria.

Iran on the demand by Iraq started fighting against Daesh, he told the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA).

Iran’s support for Iraq in confronting terrorism have been clear, he added.

Iraqi minister also emphasized continuation of cooperation in uprooting terrorism.
