Iraqi Popular Forces Defuse Terrorist Attack amid Spiritual March

Units of Iraqi popular forces (Martyrs of Hashd al-Shabi) captured an ISIL terrorist before he could commit a suicide attack against the Shiite pilgrims who were heading towards Kadhemiya in the Northern neighborhood of Baghdad to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of the 7th Shiite Imam, Imam Musa ibn Jafar al-Kazim (AS) that is concurrent with the third anniversary of the formation of Iraqi Popular Forces.
