Iraq’s Abadi Pledges to Decapitate ISIL, Liberate Mosul

Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar Abadi pledged on Saturday to decapitate ISIL and liberate Mosul, rejecting the attempts to discriminate among the Iraqis and abuse the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF).

Addressing Mosul residents in a televised speech, Abadi said that the campaign is being carried out according to the devised plan, calling on ISIL terrorists to surrender in order to save their lives.
