IRGC commander: Iran enjoys all requirements to become a superpower

Lieutenant Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Brigadier General Hossein Salami underscored that all grounds are prepared for the Islamic Republic of Iran to grow into a superpower.

“All the necessary components exist for turning the holy Islamic Republic of Iran into a big power,” Salami said, addressing a forum in Tehran on Sunday, according to Fars News Agency.

“Today, our country is an actor playing a role as powerful as the global coalitions which have many members and we are on the scene not only as a power but also as a major power,” he added.
