Iraqi Army frees Ishaqi district of Samarra after Jihad Fatwa

Samara Operations Command announced freeing Ishaqi district in Samara from the ISIL elements.

Security source stated that “After releasing the Jihad Fatwa by the Religious Authority, Samara Operations Command freed Ishaqi district from the ISIL elements.”
