The chairman of the Georgian parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee, for his part, voiced his pleasures in the current level of Iran-Georgia relations, specially in parliamentary fields, and said that the two countries’ officials and lawmakers have laid emphasis on increasing their consultations and negotiations in recent years.

Earlier today, a high-ranking Iranian parliamentary delegation left Tehran for Tbilisi to discuss new avenues for promoting all-out ties in meetings with senior legislators and officials of the CIS nation.
