ISIS’ financial kingpin disappears from Mosul with millions of dollars

According to a local source in Mosul, the head terrorist in charge of ISIS financials has gone missing a long with millions of dollars.

A source told al-Sumaria News that Abu Mu’taz Qahtani, who was also in charge of ISIS female suicide bombers, stole the money from the terrorist groups treasury and possibly escaped Mosul to an unknown location.

According to the report, a German female national member of ISIS has also gone missing with Qahtani. She assisted the ISIS commander in supervising the female suicide bombers, with many foreign females recruited by her directly.

The source also claimed that important documents have been stolen by the two runaways.
