‘Islamic Awakening influenced by Iran’

Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei says the recent wave of Islamic Awakening in the region is highly influenced by the Islamic Revolution in Iran.
This Islamic Awakening is influenced by the massive movement of the Iranian nation [30 years ago] since the Islamic Revolution was a change that rocked the foundations of idolatrous regimes and the hegemonic system,” Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei said.

That change turned the Iranian nation into an exemplary model for other nations,” the Supreme Leader added.

Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei made the remarks in a meeting with a number of Iranian poets on Monday.

Leader of the Islamic Ummah and Oppressed People Imam Seyyed Ali Khamenei also referred to the duties of Iranian poets to develop religious and Islamic insights in contemporary poetry and urged them to remain committed to the values and causes of the Islamic Revolution.
