Islamic Republic of Iran to display defense achievements

Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Mohammad-Ali Jafari says Iran will soon display its latest defense and military achievements of Iranian experts.

Iranian youth and experts have carried out extensive activities and the result of their work will be announced in the near future, Jafari said on Thursday.

“We must take into consideration that the road ahead of us is a very sensitive and important one and we must fulfill our duties and missions with diligence and vigilance,” IRNA quoted him as saying.

He added that Iranians are duty-bound to defend the values of the Islamic Revolution at the current sensitive juncture, saying it will lead to the spread of the revolution and its divine message.

The IRGC commander pointed to the spreading wave of Islamic Awakening across the world and said oppressed nations are treading the path that is the continuation of the course of the Islamic Revolution and its objectives.

Today, the world is witnessing the popular uprisings against injustice of the arrogant system, Jafari said.
