Islamic Ummah rages against blasphemous movie produced by Zionist Israel and Great Satan U.S

Outrage is growing across the Muslim world over a blasphemous movie produced by an Israeli-American property developer, who is reportedly identified as Sam Bacile, in the United States, Press TV reports.

On Wednesday, angry protesters in Libya and Egypt continued their demonstrations for the second consecutive day following the release of the sacrilegious movie.

Protesters gathered in front of the US embassy in the Egyptian capital Cairo, burned the US flag, and called for the closure of the embassy.

Similar protests were also held in several other countries including Tunisia, Morocco, and Sudan to condemn the movie that insults Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

In the Tunisian capital Tunis, demonstrators also called for the closure of the US embassy in their country.

Meanwhile Palestinians in Gaza City burnt the US flags and expressed outrage at the anti-Islam film.

On Tuesday, thousands of Egyptians held a mass demonstration outside the US embassy in Cairo. They scaled the walls of the embassy, pulled down the US flag, and called for the expulsion of the US ambassador to Cairo. The protesters also asked the US government to apologize to the Muslim world over the release of the movie.

A few hours later, clashes broke out at the US consulate in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi after a group of people held a demonstration to protest against the anti-Islam movie. US ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens and three staff members of the US consulate were killed during clashes at the consulate building. According to a US official, at least five other Americans were also wounded during the clashes.

Many analysts believe that the five-million-US dollar movie, which was financed by more than 100 Jews, is a hate crime.

“This [the blasphemous movie] is obviously a hate crime. So I would suspect that the prosecutors in California are looking carefully at that low-budget film and its authors who appear to be a combination of a Zionist funding and Coptic Islamophobes,” said Beirut-based international lawyer Franklin Lamb in an interview with Press TV on Wednesday.
