Israel nabs Palestinians in al-Khalil

Israeli army forces have arrested a number of Palestinian residents in the West Bank city of al-Khalil (Hebron) on charges of links with resistance movements.

Israeli soldiers raided different neighborhoods in al-Khalil late on Tuesday and arrested at least three people, Saudi Arabia’s state-run news agency reported.

Tel Aviv regularly rounds up Palestinian residents in the West Bank, even in areas that fall under security control of the Palestinian Authority.

Israel holds some 11,000 Palestinians, including more than 500 women and children, in its detention centers in clear violation of the international law.
