Israeli court adjourns trial of Khader Adnan

 

Israeli military court of Salem on Monday adjourned the trial of the Islamic Jihad leader Khader Adnan to February 05.

According to Muhjat al-Quds Foundation for Martyrs and Prisoners, said in a statement, that Israeli attorney general charged Adnan with belonging to Islamic Jihad Movement and involvement in the Movement’s activities.

Sheikh Adnan was arrested on December 11, 2017 after storming his home, assaulting him brutally and attempting to attack his wife.

He was detained for 11 times in Israeli jails where he waged two of the longest hunger strikes ever: one for 66 consecutive days and the other for 55 days in a row.
