Israeli police clash with Palestinians

Israeli forces have clashed with Palestinian youths in occupied East al-Quds (Jerusalem) as Israeli leaders press ahead with their ethnic cleansing of the region.

Israeli forces fired tear gas grenades and water cannon to disperse the Palestinians on Thursday.

Police spokesman said there were no casualties or arrests.

The incident comes a day after violence was sparked when a settlement guard shot dead a Palestinian.

The incidents come amid ongoing US-engineered talks between Palestinian Authority (PA) officials and Israeli leaders.

Thousands of Palestinians have expressed their outrage over the talks, which they believe are jointly planned by Washington and Tel Aviv to cover-up Israeli crimes.

Palestinians report that Israel is using settlers to enact its ethnic cleansing policy.

The Palestinian Authority has also confirmed that Israeli settlers are attacking Palestinians in the occupied territories on almost daily basis.
