Jannati: Velayat-Faqih is key to solve all problems

Substitute Friday prayers leader of Tehran Ayatollah Ali Jannati says `Velayat-e Faqih’ (Guardianship of Supreme Jurisprudence) is the key to solve all problems of the country.

Delivering his second Friday prayers sermon to large groups of Tehrani worshipers here at Tehran University campus, Ayatollah Jannati said enemies have repeatedly been slapped in the face by Valiy-e Faqih (leadership) and due to the same reason they (enemies) are scared of it (leadership).

He said the leadership oversees three branches of government. “Valiy-e Faqih (leadership) steps in whenever deems necessary.”

“Experience over the past 32 years has shown that in the Islamic Republic of Iran, leadership is the key to solve all problems,” he announced.
