Jewish settlers burn mosque in West Bank

West Bank- Jewish settlers set a small mosque on fire in Hawara school near Nablus at dawn Tuesday, local sources said.

The sources told a local news agency’s reporter that a group of settlers sneaked from the nearby settlement of Yitzhar into Hawara village and set its school’s mosque on fire.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that number of holy Qura’an copies were also burnet by settlers as a sign of religious Israeli war against the Palestinian Muslims in the occupied West Bank.

They said that villagers rushed to extinguish the fire as the settlers fled back to their settlement, adding that big the mosque was badly damaged.

Israeli settlers wage daily attacks against Palestinians in the occupied West Bank and Jeruslaem with the help of the Israeli occupation forces, its not the first time that settlers attack a mosque in the West Bank cities, but many attacks before were waged an led to a massive devastation in properties and belongings of the Palestinian citizens.
