Mujtahidd the famous activist has written on Twitter that in the recent local council election in Saudi Arabia just 1 percent of voters have participated.

“Mujtahidd” Famous saudi Activist wrote on his Twitter page that if the 4% participation in Egypt election is considered as a blow to Sisi (Egypt President), then how could the 1% participation of voters in Saudi Arabia’s local councils election be described?
