Ki-moon: International Community Must Continue Pushing forward Towards Political Solution in Syria

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on the international community to continue pushing forward towards a political solution to the crisis in Syria despite difficulties.

In a speech before the Organization of American States on Wednesday, Ki-moon said that the Syrian crisis should have been resolved a long time ago, stressing the need for the UN Security Council to take useful steps to halt violence in Syria and end its state of paralysis regarding the Syrian issue.
