Kidnapped Iranian diplomat in Yemen to be freed soon


Deputy foreign minister for Arab and African affairs, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, has said the kidnapped Iranian diplomat in Yemen would soon be freed.

According to IRIB World Service, speaking on Thursday Iran’s deputy foreign minister, Hossein Amir Abdollahian, emphasized that Noor Ahmad Nikbakht, an abducted Iranian diplomat who was abducted last summer in Sanaa , Yemen’s capital , would soon be set free.
In further comments Amir Abdollahian said Yemeni officials are seriously pursuing the case of the abducted Iranian diplomat, and are doing everything they can to bring about his release. Amir Abdollahian emphasized that the abducted Iranian diplomat, Noor Ahmad Nikbakht, is in good health.
